I placed a $1500 down payment with the builder. 2 weeks before closing and the house was complete. I got a call saying my loan was declined. Keep in mind nothing had changed. Job, pay, bills etc. Loan officer was new and didn't know!!! Sorry not a good excuse. Now I'm out my down payment and upgrades to the home that weren't in the contract. Please go somewhere else so you don't run into this problem!!!!" M.yelp.com
